PACE Paramedic Service - Vial of Life Program

PACE Paramedic Service, an affiliate of Western Maine Health unveiled a new service to the communities in Western Maine in 2007.  The "Vial of Life" program was started so that in case of an emergency, individuals have current health information written down and in a safe place.

This program is available to anyone at their request at no cost; PACE will visit your home, will help you fill out a health form and place the vial in your refrigerator.  A sticker is then placed on a window of your home letting ambulance services know that your health and medication information is available in a special vial in your refrigerator

For more information on the Vial of Life,  please call (207) 743-5933 ext. 709.  If you have an emergency - dial 911.
