The Beat Goes On: Living Well with Heart Failure 

The MaineHealth Learning Resource Center at Stephens Memorial Hospital (SMH) offers The Beat Goes On: Living Well with Heart Failure to be held on Thursdays, April 25th – May 23rd  at 1:30 pm – 3:00 pm. The program will meet at the Harper Conference Center at the Ripley Medical Office Building (193 Main Street) in Norway.   

Join health professionals from Stephens Memorial Hospital and learn skills to help you better manage your condition and connect with others who have heart failure. During this five-week series, topics covered will be eating well, exercise, stress, medication management, and self-management skills.  Feel free to bring a friend or family member to the class with you.
